Just before the holiday break, two of the young men from the Maranacook Youth Advisory traveled with Cindy Flye to the state house for a Press Conference on raising the Tobacco tax. See article from the Kennebec Journal http://kennebecjournal.mainetoday.com/news/local/7251642.html.

The committee just voted UNANIMOUSLY “ought not to pass” on both bills!  I am stunned!  This means that the bills will go to the House and Senate next week and will be killed without debate.  There is no chance that these bills can pass now!
