In the AM, I am to present on the work that is being done in our multicultural community to address teen pregnancy and STD prevention with a special focus on the work our youth are doing [...]

The committee just voted UNANIMOUSLY “ought not to pass” on both bills!  I am stunned!  This means that the bills will go to the House and Senate next week and will be killed without debate.  There is no chance that these bills can pass now!
